1、 Moulded bra. Moulded bra means that the cup cover is made of sponge, glue spray cotton or silk sponge under high pressure and high temperature to form a female's chest shape, which is round, natural and solid. From the side section of the cup cover, there are usually traditional and popular three-dimensional cup covers. The traditional section is of uniform thickness, while the three-dimensional cup cover is of thin upper part and thick lower part. Moulded bras are available in a wide range of thicknesses and can be roughly divided into thin, plain, stereo and super.

Some cup covers are sharp and some are round in shape, so cup covers with natural appearance and suitable capacity shall be selected. Moulded bras are usually covered with a layer of the same hot pressed set-shaped fabric (not broken into two or three pieces) on the outside of the cup cover to make the chest more plump, seamless and smooth, suitable for wearing tight or thin clothes, especially white shirt in summer, tight shirt, etc

For the design of the mould cup bra, the heart position design is very important due to the stereotype of the cup cover. The heart position can be divided into width and height. Generally, the cup cover has a large area and a high heart position; Small cup cover area and short center position. The narrower the heart position is, the more restrained and concentrated the chest will be. However, when the chest is too narrow, it will not fit the body, resulting in empty and loose chest. The width of the heart position is usually 1-2 cm, and its height usually does not exceed the chest line.

In addition, the size and hardness of the steel ring are also important. 2、 Cotton padded breast. The cup cover for cotton padded bra is made by pressing the loose cotton into a certain thickness (generally a thin layer) and sticking it between two layers of knitted fabrics. It is made by changing the cutting of cup cover and fixing the steel ring at the lower edge, which is commonly referred to as "clamp bowl".

Single layer breast is suitable for women with full breast.

The cutting of single-layer bra is more exquisite, and in the cutting, the warp and weft tension of the cloth shall be used to shape the chest shape. It is generally divided into one-piece, two-piece and three-piece cutting. The one-piece single-layer breast design mainly uses the elastic force of the single-layer lace. Two-piece and three-piece are used to split the cup cover into pieces, and the fabric is attached with sizing yarn, which is relatively good in solidity. The single-layer breast design is more exquisite in the application of lace.
